There's so much to do in the library. Students can check out books, find information, work quietly or in a group, work at one of our STEM centers and learn about new things with the whole class, or have a great story time!

The library is an integral part of your child's education. Information is available from so many sources, and the library is the place to get it! Help your child learn to respect library materials and to be responsible for returning them on time.

Library Policies:

  • Kindergartners check out 1 book for 1 week
  • First graders check out 2 books for 1 week
  • Grades 2 - 5 check out 3 books for 1 week
  • We don’t have overdue fines, but when a book is overdue the student may check out one book while they are looking for the lost or damaged book. If the book cannot be found or the book is damaged beyond repair, the book must be paid for.
  • 4th and 5th graders may also check out one Playaway after permission slip is signed. Playaways are audio devices with one recorded book and cost between $30 and $60 each.
